Members Under the Age of 16

Unfortunately, people under the age of 16 are not allowed to be registered on ArtyBuzz.com to sell artwork. This is because our services involve the formation of binding contracts, which cannot be made with people under the age of 16.

If you are over 16 and know an artist under the age of 16, or have a child who is under 16, you can add their work to your account on behalf of them still, and state so in the work description box whose artwork it actually is.
