Innapropriate Content

We feel it is important to allow artistic expression in all circumstances, though due to legality issues and issues with regards to protecting our commercial entity, we have had to place the following restriction on content which we deem to be inappropriate.

Firstly we have a 'safe filter' for images not suitable for under 18's. When a user uploads an image, it is their responsibility to mark it as unsafe for under 18's. Failing this, anyone can report an image for being inappropriate, with the image then being reviewed by us, and the necessary action being taken if it is deemed inappropriate. If a user had uploaded a photo that is clearly not suitable for under 18's and they have not marked it as unsafe, consequences including suspension and deletion could be faced.

In addition to this, certain kinds of images are not permitted full stop. We do not allow the following kinds of images to be displayed on our site:

Sexual Material - sexual material and images of sexual acts of any kind are not permitted on ArtyBuzz.com, if one is uploaded ArtyBuzz.com will remove it and will suspend or delete the user's account who uploaded the image.

Penises and Vaginas - any image of a penis or vagina that is deemed gratuitous will not be tolerated. This includes close up images and images where the penis or vagina is the focal subject of an image. This especially applies to photographic images on the site.

Nude and Innapropriate Images of Children - Children are defined as less than 18 years of age. Any image of a child naked or inappropriately clothed is not permitted and will be removed immediately if somebody uploads one. Immediate account deletion will also follow this.

Generally Arousing Images - images uploaded for the sole purpose of arousing the viewer are not tolerated. ArtyBuzz.com is an art website; therefore all images should be for artistic merit, and not for purposes of sexual arousal.

Racism, Violence and Hatred - racist images, images with an anti-racial intent and images inciting racial and religious hatred are not tolerated and will be removed if uploaded. Any images with violence used gratuitously, without artistic merit and excessively without purpose are also not permitted on our site; these will also be removed if reported and after review.

Defamatory, Harassing and Vilifying - images of a defamatory nature, or images vilifying or harassing an individual or group of people are also not tolerated.

Finally, Artybuzz.com is an art design and photography website. We therefore demand that work uploaded to Artybuzz is of an artistic nature, and therefore slogan and type t shirts with little or no artistic merit are also prohibited from being sold on Artybuzz.
