It is extremely important that copyright is respected on ArtyBuzz.com. Copyright protects an artist's work as their own and applies to all forms of art including photography, paintings, sculpture and everything else on this site. Trademarks protect the use of a mark or logo in determining the source of trade or company providing a particular goods or service. Both of these must be respected.

If an individual or company owns the copyright on a particular image or owns the trademark, you should seek permission from them before using it in your own work; this will ensure no copyright breach occurs. You take responsibility for the works you upload, which you agree to in the user agreement when you first sign up.
