By now you have no doubt had every comment that one could come up with, but the emotional feeling one gets from this painting is amazing. The perspective is excellent. It actually makes me homesick for England. Great work!

A rare early morning fall of snow in Rye prompted me to get up and cruise Rye with my camera. Later I decided to do a painting of this picture. It is one of the most popular I have ever painted - and has been used as a Christmas card and on several calendars. The painting has long sold but the limited edition giclee print: signed and printed by myself is still available on my own website as well as the prints available here.
